CoolSculpting is a non-surgical procedure similar to liposuction with no downtime.
Back in September last year I decided to have a procedure that’s very similar to liposuction. Except it was a fraction of the price and completely non-surgical. In the first post I gave you all the nitty gritty details about it all including the price, why I was having it done as well as some photos. It recapped the first 4 weeks and how I was finding it all.
In today I plan on talking about how I found the results of the program as well as sharing my before and after pics giving my honest opinion on whether I think it’s worth the money.
How much did it cost? How does it work? Is it painful?
To find out all the nitty gritty details make sure you check out my first post. I go over all that in detail right here.
Did the results improve over time?
I discussed this with the team of Hunter Plastic Surgery and we agreed that with the flat hand piece that doesn’t have the sucking action, we think it takes a little longer to get results. Even after these photos below taken at 3 months, I still think it continued to improve up until 6 months. Bonus!
Was there any pain after the initial 4 week period?
Nope. Nada. Swelling went down and it was smooth sailing.
What area did you get treated again?
Outside of my thighs. The hand piece was about the size of a piece of bread so that was the area directly targeted. I had a pocket of fat on the side of each thigh (hello saddle bags!) and I wanted it gone.
Fancy showing us your before and after?
No worries. Below I’ll show my front and backs of legs with before and after. Keep in mind that I had a small area treated and you can expect up to 30% fat reduction.
Front of thighs – after 3 months
Back of thighs – after 3 months
Would you get it again?
Yep. I discussed with Hunter Plastic Surgery I would perhaps get the outside of my thighs done again and my inner thighs. I won’t lie, the results are addictive. We all have areas that exercise won’t tone and I don’t want to give up my lifestyle so that I lose a small patch of fat. I’ve been there and done that before and it didn’t really work.
I’m interested in finding out more!
I had it done at Hunter Plastic Surgery. Please note I paid for this myself. Not at all sponsored and I would recommend their services. The staff were fantastic and they’re a very professional practice. If you’re interested find out more here.
