Maybe I’m biased, but I think Pilates is the bees knees. Whenever someone has a problem in life, I believe Pilates is the answer.
Tight back? Pilates.

The method isn’t a fad. It’s definitely here to stay. Even science says so! It isn’t an airy-fairy form of exercise; the sequences, exercises and method work because it focuses on the biomechanics of the body and how it should move. So you aren’t wasting your hard earned coin on exercise that’s only popular because a top women’s magazine said so.
All those little niggles and injuries you suffer from on a regular basis? Your Pilates instructor will know exactly what it is, no matter how obscure you think your condition is and we’ll also fix it. Pilates is fabulous for rehabilitating and supporting any injuries you have.
