A NOTE FROM PETA: Rachel came to me initially for a strategy session for another business idea. She loved the consulting (obviously!) and decided to work together long term. Over the 6 months of Business Bang, we decided the idea wasn’t aligned and the focus should be on her existing in-person exercise physiology clinic.
In the fourth month of Business Bang, we began to move Rachel’s business online so she could package her skills into online offerings to give her location freedom—the dream—and since then, she has amassed a large following on Instagram. I COULDN’T BE MORE PROUD OF HER!!!

What do you sell?

Who is your customer?
Midlife women who want to take control of their body without going to extremes.
What was your main goal for purchasing Business Bang?
To learn how to be an entrepreneur and to move my in-person business online.
Did the program help you achieve your goal?

How does your business look now it’s been banged? What are the top three changes/shifts you’ve noticed — in your business or yourself?
+ I fell in love with my profession again after feeling frustrated and burnt out.

What made you decide to go with us over other service providers? We get we’re shit hot, but what was the reasoning for saying HELL YEAH to Business Bang?
How respectful and understanding of my circumstances, Peta was through the whole onboarding/sales process. The Business Fondle Podcast gave me a taster of Peta’s methods and personality and I could see the benefits of her input in my business.
In your own words, how would you describe the coaching calls?
Sometimes challenging, but very supportive at the same time. It’s great to learn from the coaching of the other participants also.

How long did it take you being in Business Bang to see results or a change in your business/yourself?
Two months into BB, I put my prices up. I felt much more confident in my value and ability to charge more. My messaging improved at that time also. There was some internal shifts that needed to take place and a personal life push to *finally* push my business online after being bricks and mortar for years. It was also the ‘being visible’ that had prevented me from taking the leap but BB helped with my confidence and understanding the importance.

Can you estimate the ROI from your BB investment?
As I have only just launched the new version of my business, the ROI has not been financial as yet, but I have grown my Instagram audience from 250 to 10,700 within 6 week who are primed for my upcoming program launch.
