What do you sell?
I help tradie and mining business owners get their systems, admin, and operations actually sorted — so the business runs without them having to hold it all together themselves.
Who is your customer?
Tradies and small business / consultants & mining.
What was your main goal for purchasing Good In Business?
To stop guessing on pricing and offers, and get a clear, profitable structure in place along with a plan for growth.
Did the program help you achieve your goal?
How does your business look now?
I really wanted clarity on where I was falling short in my business. One thing that was immediately clear was that my pricing is solid. A gap that surfaced, though, was my sales process. I was waiting for clients to declare interest instead of recognising and following up on the cues that were already there. I am more deliberate in my business now, and I am no longer second-guessing my pricing.
“I am more deliberate in my business now, and I am no longer second-guessing my pricing.”
What has been your most audacious move in the last 8 weeks?
Giving myself permission to dream big. Knowing my offers properly, inside and out, rather than guessing at them. And the biggest one for me has been just being visible — putting myself out there consistently instead of staying behind the scenes.
What were your top three wins?
+ Confidence in my pricing — knowing it is solid, rather than guessing or second-guessing it.
+ Identifying the sales gap — realising I was waiting for clients to declare interest instead of recognising and acting on the cues already there.
+ Pushing myself to be visible — putting myself out there consistently instead of staying behind the scenes.
Did you have a money win?
The biggest win was not raising a price, but confirming the pricing I already had was profitable and correct. Using the program’s hourly rate calculator, I worked out my true minimum billable rate, factoring in my income goals, overheads, and actual billable capacity. Knowing that number, and knowing my existing pricing already sits above it, has changed how I feel about charging it. I am no longer second-guessing whether my rates are fair. I know they are sustainable.
What made you decide to go with us over other service providers?
Peta’s authenticity, hands down. I have bought a few of her programs and listen to her podcast regularly. She is straight down the line, but she also gets that life happens around business. What you see is what you get with her, and she makes you feel different about your own business than any other program has.
“If you want clarity on where your business is actually falling short, and someone who tells you the truth while still making you feel capable, this is it.”
How long did it take you being in GIB to see results or a change in your business/yourself?
Immediately. We started with sales, and it made me realise I had a big gap in my business that I was not even clear existed
Can you estimate the ROI from your GIB investment?
The ROI is not a dollar figure yet, but it has come through in clarity and confidence. I am no longer second-guessing my pricing or stalling on sales conversations because I doubt myself. That alone has already changed how I show up in my business, and I expect the financial return to follow.
Why should someone join GIB?
Honestly, all of it. The pricing clarity, the sales gap I did not even know I had, the push to be visible, and Peta’s straight-down-the-line way of making business feel achievable instead of overwhelming. If you want clarity on where your business is actually falling short, and someone who tells you the truth while still making you feel capable, this is it.
